Job Description
* Work closely with our Purchasing stakeholders to understand their objectives, challenges, and decision-making needs.
* Act as a trusted partner by asking the right questions, clarifying goals, and ensuring alignment with business priorities, not just delivering data.
* Deliver reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc analyses that provide actionable insights and support purchasing strategy.
* Challenge assumptions and guide stakeholders by combining data with business context to recommend the most relevant KPIs and solutions.
* Manage and prioritize multiple requests in a fast-paced, central team environment, balancing speed and accuracy.
Ensure data clarity, consistency, and reliability, so that purchasing decisions are based on solid insights.
Qualifications
* 3+ years of relevant experience in data analytics, business analysis, or similar roles.
* Strong business acumen: you are curious and genuinely interested in understanding how our company and purchasing function operate. For you, building a report or maintaining a data pipeline is not the final goal — it’s simply a way to secure reliable data that enables meaningful analysis and better business decisions.
* Excellent analytical skills with great attention to detail and the ability to spot inconsistencies or risks in data.
* Solid knowledge of SQL and Excel; experience with Tableau (or similar BI tools) is a plus.
* Strong communication and influencing skills: you can explain insights clearly, adapt your message to your audience, and guide stakeholders toward the right conclusions.
* Ability to thrive under pressure, manage competing priorities, and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
* A proactive, problem-solving mindset: you don’t just deliver numbers, you deliver answers and recommendations.
