For our department Technics within LuxairAirlines, we are looking for a (an):
Quality Administrator & ARS (m/f/x)
Main duties:
* Manage the CAMO / MOE and quality procedures Technics with full editorial responsibility
* Proofread the EASA relevant job descriptions, procedures and instructions regarding the compliance with EASA, the Quality System of LUXAIR and according to legal and internal regulations in force
* Plan, organize and perform Airworthiness Reviews in accordance with EASA Part M Subpart I
* Check and remind validity of documents to involved managers according to current legal and internal regulations in force
* Cooperate with and help the department heads for the implementation management and follow-up of IOSA, NAA, audits and the accompanying finding rectification
* Be the auditor for all contracted and subcontracted Technics activities in close consultation and coordination with the Quality department
* Administer the Quality Auditing Tool on behalf of Technics including system update and manage the Deficiency Reporting
* Lead, coordinate and/or participate projects within or on behalf of Technics and Return of Investment Calculations
* Perform investigations on behalf of the Vice President Technics and provide Risk Assessment in accordance with the Luxair SafetySystem
Required profile:
Minimum required criteria:
* Provide a Bachelor in a technical discipline or long-term experience in the Engineering or Quality section of a CAMO or MRO
* Show very good knowledge of a Technical Services internal processes
* Have very good knowledge on EASA Part M and EASA Part 145 requirements
* Attend and pass successfully all mandatory recurrent training according to the area of activity
* Accept Duty Travel
* Be familiar with standard office applications
* Show excellent communication skills in English as well as skills in French or German (spoken and written)
Desired or to be acquired criteria:
* Be structured with focus on quality methodologies
* Be able to take initiatives and to be creative
* Show the ability to create partnerships with people in order to pursue a common objective
* Be self-disciplined, very exact and organised
* Be trained as a qualified auditor
* Have knowledge of IATA Operational Safety Audits
* Show user skills in the tools used in the Technics department
* Maintain the strict confidentiality of the data
* Be trained and approved as Airworthiness Review Staff by EASA
The ideal candidate:
* Have knowledge of Luxair Technics processes
* Knowledge of Luxemburgish or any other language is considered as an asset
