Account Development Manager
This role is focused on driving customer success and growth through a deep understanding of the market and customer needs.
Responsibilities:
* Develop strong business relationships with customers through regular field visits and understanding their business issues and challenges.
* Drive Cytiva's commercial positioning by identifying and developing new business opportunities to accelerate growth.
* Engage sales specialists in account business planning and execute local team work within a complex matrix sales environment.
* Support business development and marketing initiatives to improve market share in allocated accounts.
* Forecast sales and growth opportunities within designated territory using sales tools and applications.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Science or Business or equivalent.
* At least five years of sales experience with a demonstrated track record of success as a Life Science Sales Representative or Sales Manager.
* Deep understanding of Bioprocess customer needs and business drivers.
* Self-starter able to manage time, organize and prioritize workload.
* Excellent interpersonal skills including team working skills and good communication skills.
