Tasks
* Lead and manage complex IT security projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery, resource optimization and adherence to quality and cost targets
* Develop, evolve and maintain the company’s information security program, including policies, standards and processes
* Act as a trusted advisor to senior management and project teams, providing expert guidance on security strategies and risk mitigation
* Collaborate closely with Corporate IT and cross-functional teams to implement robust security controls and measures
* Conduct regular risk assessments and IT audits to identify vulnerabilities and evaluate existing controls
* Monitor emerging threats and trends, proactively implementing countermeasures to safeguard the organization
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field, advanced certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are a plus
* Proven track record in IT security, ideally in complex, multinational environments
* Strong knowledge of information security standards, best practices and deep expertise in IT security frameworks and standards (e.g., ISO 27001, BSI-KritisV, TISAX)
* Solid experience with project management methodologies and tools with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* High proficiency in English (written and spoken), German language skills are advantageous
* Ability to work independently and lead initiatives within a globally distributed team
