Ihre Aufgaben:
* Verantwortung für die detaillierte Analyse sowie Optimierung der Bestände im Team Supply Chain Planung
* Analyse der Kundenbedürfnisse und Produktionsmerkmale
* Tracking, Integration und Optimierung der Bestände im Rahmen des Transfer-management
* Bewertung und Optimierung der Supply Chain Parameter
* Überwachung und Verbesserung der Lieferkettenleistung
* Tracking relevanter Kennzahlen wie Inventory, Freight spend, STR/OTD
* Vorbereitung und gemeinsame Durchführung von Präsentationen vor dem Management

Anforderungen:
* Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium mit kaufmännischem Hintergrund
* Fundiertes Verständnis für die gesamte Kette des Planungsprozesses
* Erfahrung in einer Produktionsumgebung von Vorteil, speziell im Bereich Bestandsmanagement
* Kenntnisse über Supply Chain/Master Planning und ERP-Systeme (e.g. SAP R3, S4 Hana, IBP IO, Power BI) von Vorteil
* Sehr gute Office-Kenntnisse (sichere Anwendung von Power Point und Excel; e.g. Pivot-Tabellen, Erstellung von komplexen Grafiken, SVERWEIS/XVERWEIS und idealerweise Makros (VBA))
* Starker analytischer und problemlösender Ansatz und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit
* Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit, Engagement und Flexibilität
* Deutschkenntnisse auf C1-Niveau sowie Englischkenntnisse auf B2-Niveau in Wort und Schrift
