Your role as Freelance GMP and Project Management Support
* Advise cross-functional teams on the planning and execution of packaging projects across solid and parenteral forms
* Support validation and performance qualification activities, ensuring production and packaging processes meet GMP standards
* Draft and review GMP-compliant documentation, including SOPs, risk assessments, and work instructions
* Contribute to deviation and complaint investigations to support compliance and continuous improvement
* Provide oversight on data integrity within IT systems, including audit trail reviews and system qualifications
* Help prepare for audits and inspections by regulatory authorities and third-party customers
Experience and qualifications for the Freelance GMP and Project Management Support role
* A scientific or engineering degree with several years of experience in GMP-regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing or packaging
* Demonstrated experience managing packaging projects, validations, and qualification activities
* Strong understanding of national and international GMP requirements across solid and sterile forms
* Confident in stakeholder collaboration, with excellent communication and organisational skills
* Proficiency in MS Office and SAP systems, plus experience working across interdisciplinary teams
