This role is responsible for designing and executing a comprehensive HR strategy that supports organizational growth, strengthens leadership capability, and ensures operational excellence across multiple European markets. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in European labor regulations, cross‑country HR governance, and multi‑cultural workforce management.

* European Labor Compliance — Ensure full compliance with EU and non‑EU European labor laws, collective agreements, and regulatory requirements.
* Compensation & Benefits — Oversee competitive and equitable reward structures across different European jurisdictions.

Employee Relations
* Employee Relations Management — Manage complex employee relations issues across multiple European countries.

Qualifications & Experience
* Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
* 10–15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including significant experience overseeing HR in multiple European countries.
* Strong knowledge of EU labor law, country‑specific HR regulations, and European works councils.
* Proven track record in HR transformation, organizational development, and executive stakeholder management.
* Demonstrated ability to lead teams across multi‑cultural and multi‑lingual environments.
