The company not only has an extensive research and development department, but also in-house testing facilities where new designs and customer-specific material mixtures are further developed.
Headquarters are located in the US with additional locations in Germany and Austria.
Tasks
* Act as the head of the European sales teams across industries and be responsible for building long-term and sustainable business relationships.
* You are part of the European leadership team and act as a member of the global commercial organizational unit.
* Set sales goals together with management, track relevant KPIs, and ensure that sales targets are achieved.
* Develop medium and long-term customer strategies independently and implement them with the sales teams.
* Provide technical and disciplinary leadership to a highly committed team spread across different locations.
* Observe and analyze the market, develop tailored marketing measures (including social media), and pursue them independently.
* Collect information on new services, product options, market developments, and customer feedback, and pass this information directly to the management team.
* Prepare and deliver technical presentations to explain products to new and existing customers, addressing their specific requirements.
* Continuously enhance your technical knowledge of sealing solutions related to application specifications (speed, temperature, pressure, etc.) and recommend improved materials for respective applications.
Profile
* Successfully completed a degree in mechanical engineering, business administration, or a comparable qualification.
* At least five years of professional experience in sales, including a minimum of three years in a management position.
* Extensive knowledge of seals and sealing solutions.
* Highly implementation-oriented, customer-focused, and act with a sense of urgency.
* Strong customer orientation, entrepreneurial mindset, confidence, and high problem-solving ability.
* Excellent skills in strategic planning and project management.
* Highly self-motivated, flexible, and assertive.
* Fluent in written and spoken German and English.
