Manage Supplier Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify new suppliers and cutting-edge sourcing solutions. Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with internal teams to understand and meet their IT requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze procurement performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and optimize processes. Reporting and Documentation: Ensure timely and accurate procurement reporting and documentation. Qualifications: Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a commercial environment, with a focus on IT procurement, including software, hardware, cloud, and/or telecommunications. Skills: Strong negotiation and contract management skills, excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite. Communication: Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Proficiency in German is a plus. Team Player: Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, professional services environment.
