We’re growing fast across Europe and are looking for smart, driven people to help us scale responsibly. We're looking for a hands-on and data-driven Growth Marketing Manager to lead and scale our Search and Affiliate marketing efforts across multiple European markets. This is a key role in Lassie’s Growth team, responsible for driving efficient customer acquisition through Google Search, Bing, and performance-based partnerships. You’ll own strategy, execution, and optimization—while working closely with local market teams, creative, product, and analytics to ensure sustainable growth with a strong ROI focus. Tasks Own and manage paid search campaigns (Google, Bing) end-to-end: planning, execution, reporting, and optimization Scale and optimize our affiliate marketing program, identifying and onboarding high-performing partners Collaborate with country managers to adapt and localize acquisition strategies across markets Conduct keyword research, A/B testing, and performance deep-dives to drive continuous improvement Work closely with the analytics team to track CAC, ROAS, and LTV, and ensure accurate attribution and reporting Partner with creative and content teams to test new ad copy and landing pages tailored to search & affiliate channels Stay on top of trends and algorithm changes in paid search and affiliate marketing to keep us ahead of the curve Coordinate with tech and tracking teams to ensure smooth integrations and partner attribution Requirements 2–4+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, ideally with a strong focus on paid search and/or affiliate Proven track record of hitting performance goals and scaling acquisition channels efficiently Deep understanding of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and affiliate platforms/networks (e.g., AddRevenue, Finance Ads etc) Strong analytical skills and proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Looker/Tableau, Sheets/Excel, etc. Self-starter who can take ownership, prioritize, and drive impact Experience working across multiple markets or languages is a plus Passion for pets and Lassie’s mission is a big bonus!
