If you care about those things, this company is for you. About The Opportunity: Supervisor Responsibilities: Supervise all departments working on the shift. Designate sections and make sure each section is managed by the floor staff. Train new staff Coordinate with staff on schedules to relay the information to the managers and responsible for writing the roster. Oversee the workflow in the restaurant. Look after the reservations and make the floor plan. To supervise the bar teams on shift, in the absence of bar manager or supervisor. Delegate tasks at the bar or in the prep kitchen, in the absence of bar manager or supervisor. Able to collect all relevant data to add to the brief sheet to help the manager prepare for the brief. Have an approachable outlook and the ability to communicate with staff and managers in a polite effective way. Manage the maintenance of the toilets throughout the shift. Communicate with vendors throughout the shift to make sure they are fully stocked and have everything they need. Have a friendly and professional approach with guests. Compile information from around the market concerning repairs and concerns which are found. Keep storage areas managed and well maintained and fully stocked. This could be your job if you: You are an experienced, commercial-savvy manager and have prior experience in a similar role (preferably with a high-demand, open-concept hotel or restaurant), hospitality, and F&B progressive concepts. The restaurant opening experience is a plus. Experience in planning & budgeting. Knowledge of business processes and functions such as finance, HR, procurement, or operations. You lead others with empathy towards common goals. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You are able to stay positive and calm under pressure. Fluent in English and German. Have a passion for finding creative solutions to complex challenges. Nothing is impossible!
