As a Business Development Executive,you’lldrive revenue growth across your region byacquiringnew agents and boosting performance at existing locations.You’llmanage the full sales cycle—fromidentifyingprospects and negotiating terms to closing deals and ensuring successful onboarding and ramp-up.
You’llalso play a critical role in agent development and performance, ensuring compliance and long-term success across your territory.
Role Responsibilities
1. Manage the full sales process forIndependentagents, including presenting the complete product portfolio where relevant.
2. Lead agent onboarding from contract negotiation through to activation and training.
3. Identifyand pursue new business opportunities to expand the agent network.
4. Collect andsubmitall required documentation and ensure complete onboarding packages.
5. Support new locations through ramp-up to maximize early revenue performance.
6. Maintain and grow relationships with existing agents to drive same-store sales.
7. Conduct regular visits to top-performing locations and proactively resolve issues within the network.
8. Achieve productivity and revenue targets across all locations in your territory.
9. Oversee the full agent lifecycle for allindependentagents in your assigned region.
Role Requirements
10. Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability toidentifyand convert high-potential leads.
11. Experience managing onboarding processes, including documentation and cross-functional coordination.
12. 2–3 years of sales experience, ideally within the money transfer or financial services industry. However, candidates with transferable skills from other sectors are encouraged to apply.
13. Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
14. Willingness to travel up to 70% within the region; valid driving licenserequired.
15. Familiarity with or interest in Eastern Europe, the Middle East, or surrounding regions is a plus.
16. A degree isadvantageous, but equivalent experience is welcome.
17. Fluency in both English and German;additionallanguages are a plus.
