As part of the Federal and State Government's Female Professors Program 2030 (rating "Gleichstellungsstarke Hochschule"), we are looking to fill the above-mentioned qualification position (postdoc) at the earliest possible date. Funding is provided by the Bund-Länder program and serves to promote female scientists. In accordance with the "New Career Paths at RUB" you will research and teach with increasing autonomy, on the way to becoming eligible for appointment to a university professorship.

The position is salaried and based on the collective agreement of the Länder (TV-L). If the personal and collective agreement requirements are met, the employee will receive pay grade E13 TV-L.

The place of work is Ruhr University Bochum.
Funding is provided for projects with employment and activities in RUB university institutions under the supervision of professorships based there. Work in clinics or under purely clinical supervision is excluded. The scope of the teaching obligation is based on Section 3 of the Lehrverpflichtungsverordnung NRW (Teaching Obligation Ordinance). The successful applicant will be employed as a Postdoctoral Researcher if the requirements are met and will be able to expand their expertise and experience through an independent, criteria-based assessment to reach the level of Established Researcher. The position is offered as part of the RUB's "New Career Paths" program and enables applicants to qualify as an "Established Researcher". Initially, this will be a fixed-term contract for three years with the possibility of an extension for a further three years, subject to probation. The offer is aimed at early career researchers who already have a proven track record of excellence in research in the advertised field.
German language courses are offered by the University Language Center (ZFA) in the field of German as a Foreign Language (DaF).
