With our European merger, the opportunities for personal growth and collaboration are countless.If you join us in the role of Issuing GTM Marketing Specialist, this is what you can expect from us:Opportunity to work on one of the most transformative, innovative and digital programs in NexiOpportunity to shape the future-state offering of Issuing business unit in NexiDynamic working environment at international levelAttractive salary and an overall competitive packageAbout Your Future RoleYour scope of work will span the entire product portfolio of the Issuing Business Unit, contributing to the design of a successful Go-to-Market strategy for the new products and driving its effective activation across all Nexi regions.In this critical role, reporting into the Group GTM Issuing Marketing, your key responsibilities will be:Design new Issuing Go-To-MarketSupport the development of the GTM strategy for the new Issuing offering packages, including:Segmentation of the offerings and definition of target audiencesTailoring value propositions to meet the specific needs of each segmentOptimizing pricing models in line with market expectationsDefining the channel strategy to maximize market reachContribute to the creation of the associated sales plays, adapted to local market specificitiesPrepare all supporting materials for the sales plays, including sales pitches, product demos, workshop content and toolkitsWork with local Issuing sales team to activate the marketContribute to local sales induction and activation sessions for the new Issuing offering packagesSupport the creation of attack plans, including target account lists and concrete action plansAct as a Product Specialist in support of the GTM execution by:Assisting sales in delivering compelling pitches and tailored offersParticipating in sales cycles and customer-facing meetingsCo-working with prospects to align their business needs with available Issuing solutionsWhat makes you the best person for this job?Proven experience (min. 4 years) in at least one of the following areas:Management Consulting (strategy or go-to-market focus)Strategic or Product Marketing (better if in B2B or B2B2C)Sales Enablement or Business DevelopmentStrong ownership and accountability with a customer-first, results-driven mindsetBusiness acumen and quantitative, data driven thinkingCustomer and stakeholder management with great communication skillsStrategic thinker with a hands-on, problem-solving approach and readiness to take risksAbility to work in a complex matrix organization, with a variety of team members across different departments, especially sales and product managersFluency in German and English is requiredLife at NexiDiscover more about us and what it's like to be part of Nexi by visiting this page: Website.
