What you will do Drive performance of the supply chain to meet or exceed quality, delivery and cost targets. Manage productivity and efficiency, ensuring compliance withu202fcompany policies and procedures. Support business SIOP by analyzing data to identify trends, risks and impact to the organization. Reducing the risk through root cause analysis and corrective actions. Managing and leading a team to support supply chain activities supporting the Oxygen Value Stream Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Program Management, Engineering, and Production Operations Developing and implementing strategies to mitigate supply chain risks and addressing issues related to supplier on-time delivery Manages execution of processes, standards, and operational plans in support of Procurement/MRP strategy, including RFPs, negotiation strategy, cost accountability, program execution, inventory management.
