About this Position In this role, you will contribute to maintaining and further developing the Global Job Architecture database in close collaboration with international stakeholders. You will analyze and visualize data, identify patterns, and support data-driven decision-making. Working in an agile project environment, you will participate in improving processes and testing technical database enhancements. The position also supports communication and change management activities related to Global Job Architecture, while collaborating with a multinational team and ensuring reliable task management, clear documentation, and transparent communication in a dynamic work environment. What you´ll do Take active ownership of maintaining and updating the Global Job Architecture database in close collaboration with the Global Organizational Effectiveness and Workforce Analytics teams Demonstrate increasing independence over time in analyzing data, identifying patterns, and creating accurate visually compelling data representations Work in an agile project set-up, by taking part in conceptualizing the process and testing databases technical enhancements Support the Global Job Architecture communication and change management strategy, ensuring timely and good quality deliverables Collaborate with a multinational team, reliably managing tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Document progress, proactively communicate risks or delays, and consistently follow through on assigned responsibilities What makes you a good fit Student who has successfully passed first semesters in Business, Human Resources, or IT related degree Strong analytical thinking; initial experience in data analysis is a plus Proven proficiency in MS Excel; experience with additional MS Office tools and SAP is a strong advantage Good communication skills, a growth mindset, and a high degree of personal accountability Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively, showing initiative, reliability, and a structured approach to problem solving Positive team spirit, proactivity, and a can do attitude in managing tasks and contributing ideas Availability at our corporate Headquarters in Düsseldorf, ideally for 6 months, with a commitment to consistent on site presence Some perks of joining Henkel Flexible work scheme with flexible hours, hybrid work model Diverse national and international growth opportunities Global wellbeing standards with health and preventive care programs Gender-neutral parental leave for a minimum of 8 weeks Attractive Remuneration Flexible working hours Global Experience Interns Community We offer you an attractive salary between € 1.050-2.270. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
