Your tasks
You develop modern application software for laboratory and analytical devices in the life science and industrial sectors.
You actively shape the software design – using microservice architectures and established design patterns.
You work on user-facing software, including architecture, specification, data modeling, and implementation.
You translate requirements into robust, high‑performance software components in C# / .NET.
You create clear, structured software, firmware, and release documentation.
You integrate sensors and actuators via interfaces such as RS232, USB, Ethernet, or CAN.
You implement communication protocols including MQTT, REST, and Modbus.
You develop user interfaces for device operation and monitoring.
You collaborate closely with hardware and embedded teams to align system architecture.
Your profile
Excellent knowledge of C# and the .NET framework, as well as experience developing software for proprietary device platforms.
Solid experience with unit tests and quality‑oriented software development.
Business‑fluent German skills and very good written English skills for technical documentation.
Depending on the level:
Senior: at least 5 years of professional experience in software development
Junior: 2–3 years of practical experience
Nice to have: experience with Yocto, Embedded C, and Linux in embedded environments
