As a Technical Writer, you will be part and work in a global, cross functional team, to support the development of our latest innovations in the field of Life Science and Applied Solutions. You will coordinate and create product specific online help in collaboration with various internal departments and external partners.
The goal is to provide our customers with comprehensive and high quality online help to ensure their satisfaction and to support the success of their research.
Your main task is to help our customers to understand the overall functionality of our systems, so that they can use them in full extend, efficiently and safely.
This position reports to the Senior Manager Global Product Compliance and Technical User Documentation and is part of the Technical User Documentation located in Mannheim and Wetzlar. The role is an on site role located in Mannheim or Wetzlar.
