Rechtsexperte / Compliance Manager
We work in the field of law and compliance on an international level. Our main task is to advise our specialist departments and management on various legal issues related to international trade. We serve as a contact for our Lidl branch offices and are responsible for setting up and operating our company-wide compliance program with a focus on supply chain compliance.
In the area of supply chain compliance, we contribute to ensuring the legality of our business processes to secure Lidl's business activities and prevent significant damage to the company by anticipating and detecting future misconduct and uncovering past misconduct.
Key tasks:
* Ensure the integrity of our supply chains through monitoring, risk management, and advice.
* Analyze business processes and supply chains for compliance risks and derive preventive measures to minimize these risks.
* Serve as a consultant and point of contact for our specialist departments and Lidl branch offices on questions related to supply chain compliance.
Please note that several years of professional experience in the field of compliance or law are required for this position. In addition, very good German language skills and good English language skills are necessary, with additional language skills being advantageous.
