Bring your expertise to the forefront by creating high-quality scientific content that reflects our medical strategy and key messages, while collaborating closely with the publication manager to ensure impactful data dissemination. Drive evidence generation efforts by planning, managing, and executing studies such as IIS, ECR, Phase IV trials, and early-access programs, all within the framework of the Integrated Asset Evidence Plan. Lead brand-specific initiatives to foster clinical adoption and prepare markets for the successful launch of groundbreaking therapies. Analyze the patient journey to uncover barriers and inefficiencies in care delivery, and design actionable strategies to enhance patient access and outcomes. Partner with cross-functional teams to develop programs that support market development and ensure alignment with broader organizational goals. Requirements Advanced degree in Medical or Life Sciences (MD, PhD, PharmD, or equivalent) Few years of experience in Medical Affairs within the pharmaceutical industry, ideally with exposure to market development programs Strong background in Oncology, with in-depth knowledge of the therapeutic landscape and evolving treatment paradigms Proven track record in planning, conducting, and publishing high-quality scientific and clinical research, including epidemiology, investigator-initiated studies (IIS), early clinical research (ECR), and real-world evidence (RWE) generation for diverse audiences Ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships with global key opinion leaders (KOLs), international societies, and other external stakeholders. Skills in scientific influence and strategic thinking to shape both the external medical environment and internal organizational strategies, driving impactful outcomes. A deep understanding of healthcare delivery systems and patient journeys with a customer-focused mindset to identify barriers, uncover opportunities, and translate insights into actionable strategies that improve patient care. The senior role additionally requires: Longstanding experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with experience in introducing new medicines and/or expansion of indications to the market at a local or regional/global level within the Therapeutic Area of Oncology Sound understanding of clinical development and key study concepts incl. background, sample, size, design, timing, feasibility. In-depth regulatory or reimbursement expertise with prior successful interactions with various regulatory/reimbursement agencies Excellent leadership communication (oral and written) as well as negotiation and influencing skills.
