As a Head of German Accounts, you will lead the Sales team in managing and growing German OEM accounts, ensuring long-term partnership and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities
* Lead Customer engagement and team approach for German clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnership
* Further develop existing & new accounts
* Set up & develop mid-term account strategy and approach
* Monitor account performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks
* Represent the company at OEM meetings, trade shows, and industry events in Germany
* Lead, coach and manage performance of the team
Minimum Qualifications
* 15+ years of relevant work experience
* Strong leadership, problem solving and communication skills
* Bachelor's degree Fluent in German and English
* No restriction to travel abroad
Preferred Qualifications
* Strong communication skills and develop a broad network at clients and cross functional teams
* Good PC knowledge, incl. PowerPoint, MS Word and Excel
* Structed, self-dependent, precise and solution oriented way of working
