Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Hügelsheim suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einenTeamleiter (m/w/d) Produktsicherheit. In dieser Schlüsselrolle stellst Du sicher, dass unsere Medizinprodukte höchsten Sicherheits- und Qualitätsanforderungen entsprechen – und treibst die Weiterentwicklung unserer Prozesse im Bereich Produktsicherheit aktiv voran.
Deine Aufgaben:
1. Weiterentwicklung und Steuerung des PMS-Systems gemäß MDR
2. Analyse von Markt- und Felddaten zur frühzeitigen Risikoerkennung
3. Erstellung und Einreichung regulatorischer PMS-Berichte
4. Verantwortung für den Reklamationsprozess und Vigilance-Bewertungen
5. Fristgerechte Meldung meldepflichtiger Ereignisse an Behörden
6. Sicherstellung einer vollständigen und belastbaren Dokumentation
7. Initiierung und Nachverfolgung von CAPA-Maßnahmen
8. Analyse von Abweichungen und Umsetzung nachhaltiger Korrekturmaßnahmen
9. Überprüfung der Wirksamkeit und Sicherstellung der Compliance
10. Entscheidung über Nacharbeitsmaßnahmen und Sonderfreigaben
11. Bewertung regulatorischer und produktsicherheitsrelevanter Auswirkungen
12. Dokumentation und Tracking im Qualitätsmanagementsystem
Dein Profil:
13. Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Medizintechnik, Ingenieurwesen, Naturwissenschaftenoder vergleichbare Qualifikation
14. Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Qualitätsmanagement, Produktsicherheit oder Regulatory Affairs in der Medizintechnik
15. Fundierte Kenntnisse der MDR, ISO 13485 und relevanter Normen
16. Organisations- und Kommunikationsstärke sowie präzise und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
17. Analytisches Denken, Entscheidungsfähigkeit und ausgeprägte Kommunikationskompetenz
18. Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office und Erfahrung mit regulatorischer Dokumentation
19. Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
