We are currently recruiting a Finance revenue operations Analyst for one of its clients, a leading international asset management company. This position is based in Luxembourg and offers the opportunity to join a dynamic Finance department at the heart of a global organisation.
About the Role
Reporting to the Finance Revenue Operations Team Leader, the successful candidate will be involved in the end-to-end processing of revenue earned from pooled fund investments across multiple regions (UK, Europe, APAC, US), as well as managing rebate calculations and reporting for intermediaries worldwide.
This role is part of a well-established Finance Operations team that has grown into a global centre of expertise.
Main Responsibilities
* Collect and validate gross fund fee reports from fund administrators, ensuring completeness and accurate accounting.
* Maintain financial data related to clients, products, and payment terms.
* Calculate and reconcile rebates, comparing client invoices with internal records.
* Perform monthly reconciliations of accrued vs. paid rebates at a detailed client level.
* Handle internal and external queries related to revenue and rebates.
* Produce operational statistics to support reporting and decision-making.
* Ensure procedures are up-to-date and escalate issues when necessary.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Finance, Legal, Product Development, and Client Services.
* Provides analytical support for pricing strategies and contract negotiations.
Candidate Profile
Required Qualifications & Skills
* Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or Data Science.
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar or relevant role.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
* Excellent communication skills in English.
* Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
* Ability to improve and streamline processes.
* Quick learner, adaptable to new systems and workflows.
