We are recruiting a Road Transport Director to join a renowned French group, a leader in the transport, freight forwarding, and logistics sector in Europe.
This strategic role, based in Stuttgart, will offer you the opportunity to play a key role in managing and developing a growing subsidiary.
Your responsibilities:
* Manage and develop a profit center in the road transport sector, specifically in bulk transport.
* Lead a team of more than 100 people, ensuring their performance and development.
* Optimize operational processes and implement continuous improvement efforts to guarantee optimal performance.
* Work closely with the General Management of the Bulk activity to define and implement growth strategies.
* Oversee the profitability of the activity while ensuring full compliance with safety and quality standards.
Your profile:
* You have at least 10 years of experience in the transport sector, in management, management, and development of profit centers.
* You have managed large teams, of over 100 people, and have a strong ability to unify and motivate your collaborators.
* You have a strong sense of financial objectives and profitability, with a passion for challenges and process optimization.
* Your German is operational, and you have a good command of computer tools.
