Job Description We are seeking a dynamic Brand Manager with a genuine passion for sports and the gaming industry to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in brand management, excellent project management skills, and a deep understanding of sports marketing—ideally within the DACH gaming market. As a Brand Manager, you will play a key role in developing and executing brand strategies that strengthen our brand presence, engage our target audience, and drive business growth. Brand Strategy Development Support the development and implementation of comprehensive brand strategies to enhance brand equity, awareness, and loyalty within the iGaming sector. Assist in defining brand positioning, value proposition, and key messaging that resonates with our target audience. Market Research & Analysis Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior, market trends, and the competitive landscape. Analyze data to inform brand strategies and measure the effectiveness of initiatives. Brand Communication Oversee the creation and execution of sports and games marketing campaigns across digital, social media, content, and offline channels. Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all platforms. Product & Promotions Coordination Collaborate with product teams to ensure brand alignment in new game launches and updates. Develop and manage promotional activities, tournaments, and events to drive engagement and retention. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with performance marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with business objectives. Performance Monitoring & Reporting Track and analyze campaign performance using KPIs. Prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
