We are looking for a Head of Global Product Management BOSS Womenswear (m/f/d) who enjoys making a difference and wants to lead a talented, multi-skilled team. A motivated team with flat hierarchies and a fun work environment is eager to welcome you.
What You Can Expect
* Responsibility for developing and implementing the brand strategy on an international level for BOSS Womenswear.
* Leading and managing the Global Product Management BOSS Womenswear team.
* Focusing on designing the product offering across all relevant product groups and creating brand strategy-compliant product capsules to increase brand desirability.
* Responsibility for product optimization and positioning worldwide by communicating feedback and market requirements to align with 24/7 wearing occasions.
* Acting as the interface between customer/sales worldwide, design, product division, and brand controlling regarding all market-relevant questions concerning BGLs.
* Creating collection framework plans considering complexity, pricing, allocation, delivery groups, timing, costing, margin control, and RCRM.
* Developing and implementing regional business concepts to generate sales and identify growth opportunities aligned with company targets.
* Ensuring an attractive and consistent product offering throughout all product lifecycles (collections, NOS, carry-overs, seasonals).
Your Profile
* Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration preferred.
* Minimum of 7 years of relevant leadership experience in Product, Merchandise, or Brand Management.
* Ability to understand and abstract global product requirements.
* Background and experience within the fashion industry.
* Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
* Proven leadership skills to motivate, train, and develop teams.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Good business acumen and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Fluent in English.
