Your tasks
8. Driving the implementation and continuous improvement of the SAFe framework within the organizational unit
9. Monitoring of transformation activities to ensure compliance with SAFe principles and proactive intervention in case of deviations.
10. Coaching of executives, teams and key roles, e.g. RTEs and product managers, in Lean-Agile principles
11. Planning and conducting SAFe certification training courses, e.g. Leading SAFe or SAFe for Teams
12. Moderation of workshops, coaching of ART implementation and support of lean portfolio management
13. Advising the management level on the business agility program and coordinating the implementation strategy
Your profile
14. Completed university degree in a technical or commercial field
15. SPC certification in the SAFe framework
16. Extensive experience with agile transformations and SAFe implementation in large organizations
17. Solid knowledge in the areas of Lean-Agile Leadership and Change Management
18. Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written.
19. Excellent moderation and coaching skills
20. Strong communication skills and high level of commitment
21. Willingness to travel
