We're seeking an experienced Business Development Director to lead commercial growth across the EMEA region. In this strategic role, you'll build senior‑level client relationships, expand our Talent & Learning Solutions portfolio, and drive new revenue opportunities across diverse markets.

What You'll Do
As a key growth leader, you will:
* Grow a strong regional network with Chief Learning & Talent Executives.
* Build and manage a new business pipeline in partnership with the European Senior Director of Talent & Learning Solutions, sales teams, marketing, and regional operations.
* Achieve agreed sales and revenue targets.
* Lead business development initiatives to secure new clients and grow existing accounts.
* Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across business units and regions.
* Execute sales strategies and support sales/marketing campaigns.
* Develop, write, and refine persuasive sales proposals.
* Deliver impactful client pitches and presentations.
* Translate client needs into effective, tailored learning solutions.
* Stay informed on market and competitor trends to guide decision‑making.
What You Bring
You'll be successful in this role if you have:
* Minimum 3 years of successful sales experience.
* Minimum 3 years in business development.
* Direct experience in Talent & Learning Solutions and learning service delivery.
* Advanced communication, networking, and stakeholder‑management skills.
* Fluency in English (additional European languages a plus).
* Willingness to travel across the EMEA region.
* A valid driver's licence.
* (Desirable) Degree or professional qualification, experience with Managed Learning Services, and 5+ years in sales/business development.
