Talent Acquisition Role
For our department Talent Acquisition, we are seeking a dynamic professional to fill a key position within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Gain knowledge and experience of talent acquisition processes.
* Screen resumes for various open positions and assist with pre-screening candidates.
* Support the team with administrative tasks such as interview scheduling, job fairs coordination, and database management.
* Help plan and organize HR related events.
* Participate in interviews with recruiters to gain experience and knowledge.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor or Master degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with diverse individuals.
* High level of integrity regarding confidential information.
* Priorities management and ability to handle tight deadlines.
* Effective use of Office suite and attention to detail.
* Fluency in French and English is mandatory; Luxembourgish and German are considered assets.
