IT Business Partner (m/f/d) – Heraeus Responsibilities You will be part of our team of strategic business partners, reporting to the Head of IT Service Line Business & Regions/Head of Finance of the assigned Operating Company (OpCo). You will act as a liaison between IT and the business, ensuring that IT initiatives align with business objectives and effectively translating business needs into IT solutions. You will be part of the extended management team(s) of the Heraeus OpCo’s, interacting with senior business leaders. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the business value contribution of Heraeus IT by delivering our IT Strategy 2030, with a strong focus on strategic and value‑oriented business and IT alignment. Effective business stakeholder management is key to success; you establish yourself as the OpCo’s trusted advisor for both digitalization and IT matters. You will aim for close alignment with your counterparts at Heraeus IT and within the OpCo, ensuring a solid understanding of business goals and IT execution according to business priorities. You will manage the OpCo’s IT budget, ensuring consistent value generation from key platforms and programs, and personally managing strategically relevant projects. As part of your responsibilities, you will regularly travel to our Heraeus locations worldwide.
