Your Responsibilities
As a working student at Jedox, you're not just on the sidelines, you're right in the middle of the action! You will be part of our solution development team and actively participate in the development of innovative features for our financial consolidation product. If you are a technically skilled student with a passion for finance, data processing, and enterprise software, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
What You’ll Do
1. Develop new features and enhancements: Assist in building new features and enhancements for our Financial Consolidation product.
2. Contribute to data models and business logic: Work on rule-based calculations and structured data transformations.
3. Support user story refinement and prototyping: Help define requirements and create prototypes for new functionalities.
4. Integrate financial and operational data: Configure connections to ERP, CRM, and HR systems for reliable data ingestion.
5. Design ETL/ELT workflows: Assist in creating and optimizing data pipelines for consolidation processes.
6. Work with APIs and connectors: Ensure smooth integration using REST APIs, file-based connectors, or scripts.
7. Contribute to AI-augmented features: Support predictive analytics, anomaly detection, and automated workflows.
8. Collaborate via GitHub: Use version control for branching, pull requests, and documentation.
9. Test and validate new features: Perform functional testing and document findings for continuous improvement.
Your Profile
10. Currently enrolled in a university program with a focus on Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Informatics, Finance + IT, Mathematics, or similar.
11. Strong technical skills (Python, scripting, data modeling, ETL concepts).
12. Passion for finance, financial reporting, and enterprise software.
13. Interest in system integration, APIs, and structured data transformation.
14. Familiarity with GitHub or similar version control tools.
15. Good communication skills in English.
