About the Role
We are seeking a Marketing Manager to drive the growth of our Pro Audio B2B business across Europe, focusing on installed sound markets such as AV conferencing, hospitality, education, and retail.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement strategic marketing plans tailored to Business Solutions verticals across Europe.
* Drive awareness and growth for our Pro Audio product portfolio in the AV installation market.
* Support sales enablement for distribution and system integrator partners.
* Design and execute 360° marketing campaigns.

Requirements
* Degree in marketing, communications, audio engineering, or a related field.
* Proven track record in B2B marketing, ideally in AV, Pro Audio, or installation industries.
* Strong understanding of the customer journey, particularly in education, conferencing, or hospitality markets.
* Good project and campaign management skills, with experience in digital and physical channels.
* Confident in public speaking, training delivery, and product presentations.
* Skilled in content creation, social media, and press/PR activities.
* Experience with tools like Salesforce, CMS platforms, social media, and video content tools.
* Willingness to travel across Europe for events, meetings, and training delivery.
* Business fluent in English; (French, Spanish, German and other European languages are a plus).
