Job Description:
They are currently looking for an experienced IT Integration Manager to join the team in Dusseldorf. Playing a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service whilst supporting members worldwide.
The Integration Manager will be responsible for the onboarding of new members to the network, with a large focus on logistics and freight forwarding services via EDI & API interfaces. You should have a deep understanding of platform components to ensure seamless onboarding of new members and ongoing support for existing members.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Integration Management:Lead the integration process for new members, ensuring they are seamlessly connected to our IT platform.Oversee the implementation of EDI and API interfaces to facilitate efficient data exchange between members and the platform.Develop and maintain detailed IT integration and processual documentation.
2. Technical Expertise:Acquire and maintain deep processual knowledge of the IT platform and its components and configurations.Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, providing technical support and guidance to new and existing members.Collaborate with the IT vendors to enhance platform capabilities and integration processes.
3. Onboarding and Support:Coordinate with new members to understand their technical requirements and customize the integration process to meet their needs.Provide comprehensive onboarding support, including technical assistance, to ensure seamless processual and technical integration between members' Transport Management Systems (TMS) and our IT platform components tools for managing tariffs, clearing, order management, etc.).Serve as the primary point of contact for members during the integration process and beyond, ensuring their continued satisfaction and operational efficiency.
4. Collaboration and Communication:Work closely with internal team, operations, and customer service, to ensure a solid approach to our members integration and support.Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on integration progress and addressing any concerns promptly.
5. Continuous Improvement:Identify opportunities for improving the integration process and platform components.Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in logistics, freight forwarding, and technology integration.
Qualifications:
6. Proven experience in managing EDI and API integrations, preferably in the logistics/freight forwarding industry.
7. Strong technical background with a deep understanding of IT platforms, proficient integration tools, and system components.
8. Basic knowledge of C# /.NET programming language is highly desirable.
9. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
10. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
11. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
12. Familiarity with logistics and freight forwarding operations is a plus.
13. Strong language skills in English.
