Your responsibilities:
5. Support all maintenance activities for the product in order to ensure stable operations of the product
6. Provide sufficient information for all development team members to fulfill their responsibilities
7. Represent values and principles of Vorwerk agile methodology and ensure that all development team members can work autonomously
8. Ensure sufficient communication with all necessary stakeholders
9. Control and report statistics regularly to all necessary stakeholders
10. First escalation point for stakeholders in case of irregularities with incidents and respective SLAs
11. Manage major incidents
12. Budget management and financial forecasting for operations
13. Support people lead in resource management for development team
14. Identify improvement potentials with the development team and support their realization
You offer us:
15. Successfully completed studies at a university of applied sciences (min. Bachelor's degree) in the field of IT or equivalent training
16. Relevant experience as service manager providing IT services
17. Broad knowledge of service management frameworks (e.g. ITIL, CobiT) – ideally ITIL® foundation certified, ITIL Service Operation and Service Transition certified
18. Experience in managing external service providers
19. Experience of working in IT product-oriented teams
20. Structured way of working and strong analytical skills
21. Business fluent in English
22. Strong team player and cooperative, experienced in lateral leadership
23. Intercultural competence and experience with international cooperation
