The Company:
Join a fast-growing European solar and battery storage developer that has scaled rapidly from start-up to multi-country project delivery, driving the energy transition. They are expanding their international legal team and are looking for a proactive Legal Counsel to support complex renewable energy projects.
Your Role:
* Advise on permitting, planning, environmental, and property law matters, including land rights and easements
* Draft, review, and negotiate EPC, O&M, and supply contracts for solar and battery storage projects
* Collaborate with project teams, external counsel, and local authorities
* Deliver practical, legally compliant solutions for complex projects
* Support internal process optimisation and standardisation of contracts
Your Profile:
* German-qualified lawyer (Second State Examination) or business lawyer (LL.M. or equivalent)
* 3–5 years’ relevant experience in law firms, public authorities, or project development
* Expertise in planning, environmental, and property law; EPC/O&M experience is a plus
* Pragmatic, solution-oriented approach and strong interpersonal skills
* Fluent in German and English
