The tasks: Lead the development and execution of comprehensive social media strategies to drive brand growth and engagement. Oversee and mentor a team of social media project managers to ensure high-quality output and innovative campaigns. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate social media efforts with broader marketing initiatives. Analyze social media performance metrics and provide strategic insights to optimize future campaigns. Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging platforms to maintain the agency's competitive edge in digital marketing. Excellent consulting services with regard to offers and budget control You are responsible for the coordination and realisation of new business projects/pitches You are responsible for the planning, coordination, management and control of the overall budget as well as large and complex projects About you: You have extensive experience in leading social media strategies and managing large-scale campaigns. You possess strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team towards achieving common goals. You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey ideas and strategies.
