Your Tasks
* Support and mentor a team of talented engineers through coaching, and career development planning
* Create a culture of continuous learning, psychological safety, and open feedback
* Proactively identify and help resolve organizational or interpersonal blockers
* Build strong relationships across teams and functions to foster collaboration and alignment
* Drive performance cycles, facilitate feedback, and support individual growth journeys
* Lead hiring, onboarding, and offboarding in close partnership with Recruiting and HR
* Manage relationships with providers and contribute to strategic workforce planning
* Help to shape and support engineering-wide programs
* Develop and execute talent-retention strategies to maintain high morale and prevent turnover
Your Profile
* Proven experience in engineering leadership, ideally within a product- or platform-focused organization
* Technical background (e.g. Java, MongoDB, TypeScript, Node.js, React) and hands on mentality
* Passion for people development, mentoring, and building high-trust environments
* Strong communicator with empathy and a solution-oriented mindset
* Comfortable with agile ways of working and cross-functional collaboration
* Proactive, self-driven, and motivated to make an impact
