Responsibilities
1. Set up, install, and configure workstations, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
2. Perform physical repairs or replacements of faulty hardware components
3. Troubleshoot and resolve peripheral issues (e.g., monitors, docking stations, printers)
4. Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of IT equipment
5. Serve as the first point of contact for IT-related issues via phone, email, or ticketing systems
6. Perform remote troubleshooting using diagnostic tools and targeted questions
7. Resolve hardware and software issues or escalate to higher support tiers
8. Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, phones, and other devices
9. Assist with network connectivity problems and basic access issues
10. Participate in IT projects like system upgrades or migrations
Requirements
11. Fluency in English and German (spoken and written) is essential.
12. Good understanding of Windows 11, macOS, network and infrastructure concepts
13. Basic knowledge of Active Directory, Entra ID would be a plus
14. Prior experience with ticketing systems like FreshService is a plus.
15. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
16. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, international environment.

22. Our Working Students in Germany receive a monthly salary of €1,566 for a 20-hour/week contract, €1,253 for a 16-hour/week contract, and €1,400 for an internship position.
