Pay Range:
13. $17 per hour.
Service Business Development Representative Schedule:
14. Full Time, rotating shifts between 7:00am-6:00pm, business hours Monday-Saturday, average 40 hours per week.
Qualifications:
15. High School Diploma or equivalent.
16. 1 year of direct customer service experience preferred (retail or similar fast-paced environment).
17. Experience in the automotive industry is preferred, but not required.
Essential Job Skills:
18. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
19. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
20. Ability to handle customer inquiries in a professional and efficient manner.
21. Ability to memorize scripts for products and services.
22. Computer literacy and ability to use customer databases.
