Drive and deliver sales revenue focused on new accounts. Previous experience working in automotive/engineering for global customers, preferably European customers.
Ability to leverage engineering offerings in clients and expand to other technological areas in the customer business landscape.
Work with practice sales teams to sell Engineering solutions.
Able to drive and structure customer-facing discussions using automotive engineering domain knowledge.
Build customer relationships through a continuous problem-solving attitude and demonstrate thought leadership.
Collaborate with practice horizontal sales, delivery, and functional teams to define digital offerings and solutions in the ERS space.
Coordinate with the Engineering services team and ISV in the Europe region to create partnership-led sales plays.
Execute strategic business plans while working with key internal stakeholders.
Work with HCLTech marketing to create relevant campaigns and promotional opportunities for the Europe region.
Consistently meet sales revenue and gross margin targets for the Automotive line of business in acquiring new accounts.
Qualifications
* Excellent presentation, communication (oral & written), and relationship-building skills.
* 8+ years of experience.
* Prior track record working in automotive engineering & digital manufacturing ecosystems.
* Experience in selling engineering services and technology (Product Engineering, PLM, Embedded Systems, Hardware, Verification & Validation).
* Optional: Experience selling Digital Engineering (Digital Twin, Cloud/Platform Engineering, Silicon Platform, etc.).
* Experience working in dynamic environments with changing priorities and dealing with ambiguity.
* Identify, lead, and contribute to creating best practices, packaged offerings/solutions, white papers, workshops, etc.
* Team player who motivates and builds relationships with cross-functional team members, stakeholders, and executives.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills in German and English are mandatory.
