To strengthen our HR team in Germany, we are looking for an experienced Recruiter (f/m/d) who will help us attract the best talents – especially nursing and medical professionals – for our growing organization.
Your Impact with Us
* You will shape the entire recruiting process – from requirement analysis and signing the contract to onboarding.
* You will help build structures and processes – contributing your own ideas and rethinking recruitment.
* You will advise our managers and hiring teams across Germany on an equal footing.
* You will develop new sourcing and employer branding strategies (online and offline).
* You will participate in recruiting events, conduct structured interviews, and lead debrief meetings.
* You will train employees in the basics of talent acquisition.
* You will work in a data-driven way, using KPIs to analyze and optimize recruitment processes.
* You will collaborate with the global People team on international projects and report directly to our HR Director Germany.
Your Expertise
* You have a university degree in HR, business, psychology, or a comparable field.
* You work independently, actively contribute, and manage your topics with a strong sense of priorities and time management.
* You have at least 3 years of professional experience in recruiting, ideally in an international corporate environment.
* You have a solid understanding of labor law basics and feel confident handling the key legal aspects of recruiting.
* Experience in the medical or clinical field is a plus.
* You are digitally savvy and navigate various ATS/HRM systems, such as SAP SF or Personio, with ease.
* Your profile is rounded off by excellent English and German skills, both written and spoken.
