Your future team
As an Expert Sales Enablement, you will be part of the Revenue Operations department, reporting directly to Camille Maciet (CRO). The department is a diverse, collaborative, and growing international team.
Your role in this journey
As an Expert Sales Enablement, you will enhance the productivity and effectiveness of the sales team by providing resources, training, and optimized processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including product marketing, product, revenue operations, and sales to ensure effective communication and knowledge sharing throughout the sales cycle.
Your Success Will Be Measured, Amongst Others, By
* Increasing sales conversion rates
* Enhancing sales efficiency (e.g., properties onboarded per Sales Manager)
* Driving adoption of new product releases
* Achieving high go-live quality scores for new properties
* Strengthening relationships with hosts and managing objections effectively
You Will Achieve The Above By
* Designing and implementing onboarding and ongoing sales training programs with Sales Leaders
* Creating and managing sales enablement materials like playbooks and pitch decks
* Optimizing sales processes for efficiency and higher conversion
* Analyzing sales data to provide actionable insights
* Facilitating alignment between sales, marketing, and product teams, and providing feedback
* Managing CRM and sales tools (e.g., Pipedrive, Demodesk) to streamline workflows
Your backpack is filled with
* 6+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or similar roles in fast-paced environments
* Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and CRM tools
* Excellent communication, training, and presentation skills
* Good project management skills for handling multiple initiatives
* Ability to influence stakeholders across departments
* Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills
* Customer-centric attitude and enthusiasm for enabling others
* Willingness to travel quarterly for business trips
