This role demands a strong presence, industry expertise, and the ability to cultivate relationships with CXO-level clients.You work with customers in an agile fashion to ascertain and communicate the value of IT to the business, understanding how to use IT to help drive business innovation, define and transform IT organizations to successfully incorporate and leverage transformation drivers such as Cloud, Agile patterns, Data and AI, Modern Operations and cross-vendor service integration and management.As a leader, you will play a major role in shaping the organization into a successful advisory business, contributing to the strategic direction, vision, and growth of the practice, delivering high-quality solutions to our clients.Partners will be focused on financial impact, utilization and contribution, client impact and leadership.Responsibilities:Transformation, IT Operating Models, governance, optimization and change management, contributing to profitable growthBuild and maintain deep relationships with client CXOs and be seen as the 'go to' person and a trusted advisor by senior executivesIdentify and pursue new business opportunities by acquiring new consulting projects with existing and new clientsBuild, set-up and lead a successful teamUtilize industry and technology expertise to shape and drive strategic initiatives.Collaborate with other partners and practice leadersMentor, coach, and develop junior consultantsWho You AreYou're good at what you do and possess the required experience to prove it.
