1. Leading contract negotiations with software vendors
2. Conducting market analyses to secure optimal purchasing conditions and identify potential savings
3. Managing and maintaining purchased and registered software licenses, including ensuring licensepliance
4. Reviewing and validatingmercial data to maintain an overview of costs and budgets
5. Managing contracts, including monitoring contract durations and adapting them to current needs and requirements
6. Applying IT Asset Management (ITAM) strategies to manage and optimize IT resources, especially in the areas of procurement and license management
Requirements
7. pleted degree in economics, business administration,puter science or a corresponding education with several years of professional experience in procurement
8. Ideally a job-relevant additional qualification, such as negotiation training, BME course in procurement, etc.
9. Strong system and process understanding as well as practical experience with ERP and e-procurement systems
10. Extensive experience in IT asset management and basic data knowledge
11. Ability to cooperate, sociability, and conscientiousness
12. Proficient use of MS Office applications
13. Very good English skills, both written and spoken
