Be embedded in the organization to help shape strategic outcomes and see the tangible results of your work.As Senior Legal Counsel EMEA you will make key contributions to Envalior:Comprehensively counsel our Business Unites Intermediates, Performance Materials and Specialty Materials and ProcurementAdvise on a wide range of commercial agreements with a focus on drafting, reviewing and negotiating purchasing and sales contracts as well as cooperation agreementsSupport group functions and management in all commercial legal mattersProvide advice on strategic purchasing and sales projectsAnticipate and mitigate potential legal risks within the organization and develop strategies to understand and avoid or reduce potential riskKeep up to date with actual developments in legislation, regulations and jurisprudenceHave a challenging role in the Business Units with respect to legal related aspectsDrive excellency of the Legal, IP & Compliance team within Envalior through standardization and digitizationProvide trainings on legal aspects to Envalior commercial teams and other functionsOversee and steer external legal counsel, where applicableFully qualified German and/or Dutch lawyer with excellent academic credentialsAt least 5–7 years’ experience in international law firm or legal department of multinational companyStrong experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating of purchasing and sales contracts, preferably from manufacturing industryBusiness-fluent English, German and ideally DutchExcellent understanding of commercial issues, ideally in the manufacturing/chemical areaAbility, interest and willingness to act as business partner to quickly and efficiently find pragmatic and business-oriented solutions and to assume responsibility for the success of the companyAbility to communicate complex legal issues and risks in an understandable wayStrong analytical and negotiation skillsTeam player with intercultural experience and good service orientationExperience in antitrust law and/or data protection law desirableExperience in implementing legal tech solutions is a plusCompetitive Compensation:Join us at Envalior and enjoy competitive compensation packages, inclusive of a global bonus program and individual performance bonuses, ensuring your hard work is recognized and rewarded.Comprehensive Benefits:Your well-being matters to us.
