Key Responsibilities
* Design and develop data-driven solutions aligned with business requirements.
* Provide insights and recommendations for optimal tool selection.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* A degree in Information Technology or equivalent field.
* Solid understanding of IT service management principles (ITIL), including incident and problem management, service request handling, and SLA monitoring.
* Hands-on experience configuring AI-driven systems or chatbots to automate IT support processes.
* Proficient in data analysis tools like Tableau or Power BI and can turn data into actionable insights.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
