 1. Process customer orders in our enterprise resource planning system.
 2. Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to coordinate delivery dates.
 3. Ensure seamless order processing for customers.
 4. Handle written inquiries and orders from customers.
 5. Address customer complaints by working closely with relevant departments.
 6. Support the sales team in administrative tasks.
 7. Update and maintain customer data in our CRM system.
 8. Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
Requirements
 1. Completed commercial education or comparable qualification.
 2. Initial experience in inside sales.
 3. Strong customer focus and effective communication skills.
 4. Proficient in MS Office, with experience in ERP/CRM systems a plus.
 5. A structured approach to work and ability to work independently.
 6. Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken.
