Corporate Officer
We are seeking a skilled Corporate Officer to manage a portfolio of financial companies, handling day-to-day corporate-legal administration from incorporation to liquidation/dissolution.
Responsibilities include:
* Managing a portfolio of financial companies and providing corporate and legal follow-up of clients.
* Preparing and organizing board and shareholder meetings, drafting minutes and resolutions, opening bank accounts, and approving annual accounts.
* Serving as the key point of contact for clients and third parties such as lawyers, notaries, banks, and regulatory authorities.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent experience, strong language skills in English, with French as an additional asset. They should also exhibit open and adaptable personality traits, good autonomy in their role, and ability to adapt to a human-sized and dynamic structure.
