Tasks
Responsibilities
* Analyze user testing results and propose clear, actionable design improvements
* Collaborate with engineers, artists, and product managers throughout the full development cycle
* Create and maintain design documentation, feature specs, and balance spreadsheets
* Deconstruct and analyze game mechanics and systems from successful titles across platforms
* Design and balance core gameplay loops, progression systems, and in-game economies
* Stay current with game design trends, player behavior, and industry best practices
* Identify gameplay, UX, and balancing issues and recommend effective solutions
* Clearly pitch and present design concepts to the team
Requirements
Requirements
* 3+ years of professional game design experience, ideally with a shipped title
* Strong knowledge of game mechanics, systems design, and balancing
* Understanding of monetization strategies across mobile and/or PC platforms
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, iterative environment and collaborate in a small team
* Proficiency in Excel/Sheets for system modeling and tuning
* Advanced experience with Unity for prototyping and gameplay adjustments
* Passion for games and strong awareness of current market trends
