Legal Counsel - Technology and Commercial (m/f/d)
Your ResponsibilitiesProviding legal advice to Advantest's European subsidiaries, with a focus on software including open source software, data, product cybersecurity law, as well as product and contract law. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating globally applicable national and international contracts - particularly licensing, software, service, and other technology-related agreements - in close collaboration with the R&D and other departments.Providing support on legal issues related to the use of product and service data, as well as regulatory requirements, particularly in the context of new European regulations.Your QualificationsCompletion of Second State Examination in Law (Volljurist) or a comparable qualification (e.g. Several years of relevant professional experience in an international company or an internationally oriented law firm specializing in business lawInternational legal experience and/or education is an advantageFluency in spoken and written English is a mandatory requirementVery good proficiency in MS OfficeEnjoys working in an international team, strong communication skills, a structured and systematic working style, initiative, and a confident professional demeanor
